Shipping your package

Our packages are usually shipped within 10 days after receipt of payment. Regardless of the delivery method you have chosen, we send you a link to track your package online. Special attention during the preparation and packaging of products. The dimensions of the boxes are appropriate and your items are properly protected.



Free delivery

Delivery charges are offered on all orders destined for the metropolitan France les DOM TOM Corsica and Monaco. Outside these destinations, additional charges can be charged to ensure delivery and track each order.

Mode of delivery

Our delivery methods in France metropolitan, in Corsica in the DOM TOM and Monaco:

  • In standard delivery (So Colissimo - within 48 hours after your jewellery making))

Receive your order directly to your home, service provided by So Colissimo 48 h after production (2 business days). 

With So Colissimo, you stay informed of the various stages of delivery of your package by e-mail:
-24 hours before the arrival of your package
-Also if you are not come collect your parcel within 5 days in post office. 
In addition, at any time you can track your package here by entering its number.

  • Relay the dealer of your choice point

Choose to receive your order in one of the 4 300 relay delivery at your disposal. Upon receipt of the email or SMS of availability of your parcel in the chosen relay, present within 10 business days with your identification document to the opening of the relay. Your package will be provided against signature. If you want that someone else gets your package, him just to go to the merchant with his identity, as well as the recipient of the parcel.



Satisfied or refunded

Get a refund of your order within 14 days maximum in following these few conditions (all our creations are madeeare tailor-made and jerksfrequency the right of withdrawal is a gesture of goodwill of Lilistone - see our CGV- and not a legal obligation):

  • The jewel must be in perfect condition (not damaged, has not been worn or used in any way whatsoever,...) and in its original packaging. The refund will be made after verification by an expert.
  • If you order with several jewelry, return cannot apply that to one jewel (this condition has been established to protect us from abuse).
  • Your previous purchase has not been a definite return, that is to say that you are done you refund your last purchase.

  • The jewel was well referred within a period of 14 days after receipt, "the date of the postmark being authentic".

In order to return your package to us without having to pay the shipping cost:

Please attach a photo and specify the reason for the return in your mail.

A free to stick on your package return label can then be provided to you.
